What happiness mean to you have you ever asked yourself that question or you are just following what you have heard and seen happiness. Happiness has different meaning to different people. For some having a lot of money, for some just a busy day, a walk on the beach or chat with loved ones. So what is it that make you happy?
So what mold your definition of happiness. So did you make your blueprint of happiness or you are following someone elses. Here are some of things that mold our frame work of happiness. So think about what you think make happy and think present reason for WHY?
If you have watched TV when you’re growing up your subconscious had accepted the values projected in TV as the path to happiness also.
But are those also things that really give you happiness. Or they are just trying to sell you something.
What your parents thought?
Believe it or not most of believe we have about money and happiness and freedom we get from your parents.
So have you just copied there believes of happiness in your life you have to think about that.
What your friends think?
Some of us who spend a lot of our time with our friend which make us susceptible to their belief of happiness as your own.
You have to make a conscious evolution of what you think about happiness. And find out which things clearly make you happy and which things do not. Then focus on doing things that make you happy more and cut the other one.
When I was a little kid I do not talk to anybody which makes my parents think that I am sad or something but I was perfectly in peace with myself.
But they force me talk more now as I look back I don’t think that I like talking that much at all I like to listen to people there stories and feelings.
So find what you think that make you happy and do it on a regularly basis because death is certain do what you want to do now or you may not get any chance at all.
