All of us let things slide. Things that we can do in less time then we think about them. So whey do not we just do them and get on with our life. And what will happen if you complete those small task that you keep on for sometime.

In this article we are going to discuss who it will effect your life if you just get it done. Yes we will look for the positive side of things. What if you complete the task that you are leaving for some day. The day that never come.

So it is important to know what you will get if you complete the daily task. I am not thinking about the long term thing. I am talking about the now which is the most important time of all.

 

It is easier then procrastination

If you think about it, it’s easier to get the things done at the first place then to leave it hanging. It will bring a kind of joy to your life that you have complete something today.
Procrastination is just a stress that will add to your already stressful life. A stress that you can avoid so it is important that you get over it.
Do not try to be perfect just get it done. Nothing is perfect you will learn soon enough. The most important things is getting things done.

Your mind will be free

You know the felling when you complete something that you have been holding to do for something. And the feeling that you have when you know that you have completed it.
Free your mind it is important for you over all health. A lot of medical condition is due to a clouded mind. So make a promise to yourself the things that you can do under 2 minute you will get them done.

Life become easy

Your life will become a lot easier in the process. When you start to complete one thing at a time and keep going in the direction of your goal.
Life will keep throwing things at you but if you have the tendency to get things done then it will not be easy for tackle the life.
You will feel that life is easy but what really has happened is that you have learned the art of living. Do the things that you can do and leave the things that you cannot do anything about.
It is just a habit

You just have a habit of not completing things. And you can change a habit. So you can become a person who does his work as soon as he gets it.
Have a plan of action.

Find the thing

 

First step in the process of becoming good at anything is that you have to find out what exactly is that you want to become good in. If you have too many goals at the same time then you will not be able to achieve any of them at all.

When ever we try to become good at anything we forget the most important thing of all to have fun. If you do not have fun while doing something then it is for sure that you will not continuous to do that thing for long.

Some things are not fun to do. You think that but it is not true if you look closely you will find that even the most Mundane of things can give you great pleasure if you look close enough and think creatively.

 

Long Term Commitment

 

A long term commitment is necessary from you to become good at anything so it is necessary that you make your mind even before starting that you will follow through no matter what.

You have to know that you are 100% commitment to your thing that you will keep on working on it even when you seen no results in the short term. You have to develop a sense of purpose in what ever you do so that you will be able to complete the task at hand.

This are the things that I think are important if you want to become good at anything in your life. You have to know what you want and how to you can achieve it to get the job done.

 

But some times it is more important even when you do not know how to get something done and you try it no matter what. But you have faith in yourself that you will be able to get the job done.

 

So follow this simple rules and you will see significant improvement in your work and in your life.

We all know that slow and steady win the race. But why in the real world we are so focused on getting our results fast and when they do not come we feel like a failure. So instead of running on hyper mode in your life and burning out more often.

You should try a different approach work at 80% of your capacity for 90% of the time and push yourself for only 10% of the time. So that you can see a consistent work and result over time.

Your life is not a series of small success it is a more then that you will have both success and failure in your life. I am not saying that you should not celebrate your success yes you should if you do not you will not feel motivated to work next time.

But do not give too much time to either you failure or your success. You should move on. Life is a journey not a destination. You should live it like a journey that will only end when you will. So it will not matter if you have failed now but if you keep working it will be just a glitch in your long journey.

When someone has low self image they think that they cannot achieve most of the things. Even when the things are easy to do they let themselves off the hook easily because the do not have any faith in themselves. They think that they are not good enough.
But you have to understand one things that you can change the self image that you have now. They can change the result that they are getting from there life. It is not easy to do but what in life worth doing is easy to do anyways.

 

Increase chance of failure

Because of poor self image you will increase your chance of failure because you will not give your 100% in anything that you do. At the start of any new project you will think that you cannot do that even before you have even started. That in turn reduce your chance of success.
As we know that failure is a state of mind you have not failed until you have given up. When you poor self image you will only think of the instance when you are able to do something’s at the place of the times when you against all odds have succeeded.

 

Reduce productivity

When you start something with thinking that you are not good enough then you have failed even before you have started. Poor self image will. Reduce you productivity because half the time when you are doing your work you are focused on how you cannot do what you are set out to do.
Your productivity will suffer quite a blow because you will not put your heart and mind into the work that you are set out to do.
So check your self image before you start any work because if you do not do that you will not be able to perform at the full level of your productivity and the final result that you get after you worked will suffer from it.

 

Demotivate you

Having a poor self image reduce your motivation to work. Think about it when you are not feeling that you are worth something then how can you produce that will be going to worth something. You have to understand that.
A Demotivate person may be forced to work but will not produce anything worthwhile in his actions.

Your confidence cannot be high if you have bad self image. Your confidence is a large part dependent of your confidence and you ability to do what you are set out to do. What I really what you to think is that if any time in your life did positive thinking had worked for you? I think that it is really important to know that from the start that if you can use the positive thinking in your favor. Positive thinking as any other motivation tool will only work when you use it.

Some people say there is nothing good with positive thinking. Because you do not get result from think you get result from working. But my point is that you will work only when you have a positive outlook about things.

If you have negative thinking that you cannot do something then you are not even gonna try to do it. If you do not even try you will never get it done. For anything you want to do in life. The first thing is the think you will not get result from the thinking only. But you will get the courage to work for what you really want. And when you work for what you want sooner or later you will be going to get result.

So what I was trying to say is simple you will not get results from just thinking positively but you get the movement to work because you think that you can achieve whatever you are pursuing.

In my life I have see that when you except to get a positive results and work towards it most of time you will be able to get what you want from your life. Yes that will not work all the time. But be really nothing work all the time.

For example you can set a goal to write 1000 words every day. Which mean that no matter what, you will write 1000 words everyday 365 days a year. Whatever your excuses are keep it to side and write. Once you start to write at your given time you will see that it has become easy for you to keep writing and slowly the habit is forming.

It is important to note that you focus on one thing at time. So what that mean is that you should focus of one part of writing at a time if you are writing then just write do not edit. So what you need to do is set your timer for 15 min and just keep on writing till the time is over.

This how I am writing this article you have to focus on getting your idea out first. Most common mistake that a writer can make is edit while writing.

 

You should always do any editing after you have finished with your 15 min. Yes this new method of writing will take some time for you to get used to but it will help you in long run.

They will write something then read it, then rewrite it again and again to make it perfect and never get past the first chapter.

But if you set a reminder in your calendar that you will pay the bill on Friday then your brain do not have to remember it knows that you will pay the bill at that given time. Selecting

 

In this step you will decide on things that are important to you now and will work on them at this time. You cannot work on everything at the same time so it is very importation that you make the selection.

I have been thinking about it for quite some time and what I have come to the conclusion that if you want to be happy now you have to think about your future.

As humans we cannot live in vacuum we seek meaning in our life. We want some goal that we are working towards so that we find happiness in now. It is a good idea that you work at least 8 hours a day. Work is good for you and your psyche.

When you set some goals and work towards them on the daily basis you feel that your life worth something and that you have some higher purpose in this small life of yours.

Set goals

 

It is important that you set goals in your life. You should always look forward to the things that you want to accomplish in your life. If you do not have something that you are working towards then you feel what is the reason of walking at all. That start a negative cycle but we do not want it.

So it is better to stop the problem at the start and set some goal. All of us want something in life lets make a list and keep achieving them one at a time.

 

Make a daily action plan

Minimalism Of Thought

I have a great follower of of minimalism it has bring me a great joy. But one thing that I was not able to do till now is the minimalism of my thought. It is hardest of all because you have to look in yourself and find out what is wrong with you.

It is hard for must of us to do. We do not want to deal with our problems we just want not to look at them as much as possible. Just like our physical things. When you start minimalist journey you have to fight your way on every step.

The only enemy that you have is yourself. You have to deal with yourself on a regular basis. As I look around my room I find that there are a lot of things that I have not use for years. But I am not ready to get rid of them. So it is still a long journey to go but I am willing to take it

Same is true with my mind I have so many thoughts and goals that do not have any meaning now. As they used to have before. But I am afraid to get rid of them. As you are also dealing with same problem what is way you are reading this article.

So how can we get rid of thoughts that we have. It is simple to get rid of things because if you give it to somebody else then you do not have them now. But this is not true with thoughts. Even if you talk about your thoughts with someone they are still there.

 

Do what you love to do and give it your very best. Whether it’s business or baseball, or the theater, or any field. If you don’t love what you’re doing and you can’t give it your best, get out of it. Life is too short. You’ll be an old man before you know it.
