It is very important that you plan the wake up of our day. We have the most motivation and energy at the start of the day so that we can use it to do the things that are hard for us to do so that we can have the most out of our life.
So what is that you do today when you wake up. I had make a plan to write every day when I wake up it is a great exercise and I love the way that I complete the work at the start of the day without a lot of resistance from myself.
When I was in college, I use this time for exercise so that is one things that you can do. I have read that morning is the most productive time of your day. So what you can do is plan your morning.
So no matter where I am no matter how I feel I will write. I started with with a very less word count of 100 and it has rose to 400 words till date you can do the same. I am planning to get it to at least 1000 words so that no matter what I will write at least 1000 words a day.
So how can you change what you do in morning?
The first thing that you will need to do is find what is that you do when you wake up. We are humans and we relay on our habits to get trough our day so if you want to become great you have to have great habits.
It do not matter when you wake up the most important things is what you do when you wake up. So after you have find out what you do in the morning. the next things to find out your ugly frog like it is said in the eat that frog that you have to do the work that you hate to do but is important that you do it.
So you have find out what is thing that you want to. So for you it is exercise. You will start small for a month when you can do is 10 push up as you wake up after some starching. So you will keep doing those push ups for next 30 day then you will start to add some more as day go by.
So thing are some tips to make your morning productive. Use them and live a more fulfilled life.
