Do you really know how much you can do? What is the maximum limit of things that you can do? You think that you can do something and something’s are just out of our reach we cannot do them.
Then one day when we really do them we find out that we can do them.
So what that mean that you really do not know that are your really capable of and how much you can do. Yes it is hard to get out of our comfort zone but all the great things are out of our comfort zone. So when you work on stuff and try things that you think are impossible for you to do then think again may it is that you have not tried those things now so you are thinking that you cannot do them but the real reason that you are not able to achieve is that you have never even given it a try.
You will never know how much you can do
I think it a great thing that you will never find out what are things that you can and cannot do. In this way you are always testing your boundaries to find out what is possible and what is not. So that you will really know what is that you can really do and how much you can really achieve in your life.
It what make the life interesting you keep finding out that you never knew that you can do that but then you do that then you amaze yourself in the process where you will find out.
How get out of your comfort zone?
To get out of your comfort zone you have to know that really is your comfort zone. To simply say your comfort is things and places that are comfortable for you to do and live in. So for example that you are a writer and you are comfortable in writing 1000 words a day you do not find any resistance when you write those words so what you will do is start writing 1100 words every day. I know that it is not a lot of push but that is what I what you to know you have to take baby steps in you life all the time that are the things that really get you results.
For place the best thing you can do is take a holiday in a different country where ever you do not speak there language so you will find great difficult in doing basic things in life. That way you will be able to activate some unused part of your brain. And you will learn something new about yourself and your life when you do that.
What really make use improve ourself in our life is that our willingness out of our comfort zone. So if you really want to do something great for yourself then you have to get out of your comfort zone so that you can live a more fulfilling life.
