If you keep doing what you have been doing you will be keep getting what you have been getting. So if you want to change what you have now. You should change what are doing now. Change is hard for everybody but it is integral part of life.
What are you doing everyday now?
Look at all the action that you take every day. What are the habits that are driving those actions? Do you eat more then you should? Do you watch TV a lot? Do you postpone taking action to tomorrow and the tomorrow never comes.
Is it you ideal day?
Are the days you are living right now your idea day? Are you doing all the things that you want to be doing? Are you happy now? Are living more in past and the future then in now? Are you using drug, alcohol, TV etc. for accepting the now?
Do you know what your ideal day looks like?
Do you have an image in your mind of what your ideal day will be like? Do you know when you will get up? What you will do after you wake up? What things you will do that will make your life meaningful and happier.
Think about what you will do if there is guarantee that you are not going to fail. Whenever you take action you should think that there is a 50% chance that it can work. So design the day that you want.

Why are you not living you ideal day?
What is your reason for not living your ideal day/life? What is the stupid reason you are giving yourself for not going after what you want? Or the real reason that you not living your ideal life is because you do not know what you ideal life is to begin with.
Are you afraid to live the life that you want? Do you think that if you do what you want in your life people are going to hate you? You have to understand one thing people are going to do what they are going to do. You should not bother with what other think of you. What you should be concerned about what you think about yourself.

What are the changes that you have to make now so that today becomes your idea day?
Think about all the changes that you need to make in your life to make it your ideal life. The first place to start is thinking about what you ideal day will look like. What do you want out of your life? Because when you know what is that you want in most cases you are going to get it.
It is your choice
The life your living right now is because of the choices that you made in past. It is always your choice how you think. The way you think will determine how you will act. If you think positively then you will act positively and get positive results in your life.
Everything is always changing. Change is the most constant thing of all. You are changing all the time. But the rate of change is in your hands. If you want you can change your whole life tight now. There is no minimum time requirement for change. When you decide to change and take action everything changes.
One of the reasons that people have for not changing is that if they stop doing one bad thing then what will do instead. For example one person watches a lot TV and decides that he need change his life. So he decides that he will stop watching TV.
The first thing that going to pop in his head is what are you going to do with all the extra time that you going to get if you do not watch TV. So at place of finding something meaningful to do him just fall into what is easy and what he know how to do and start watching TV again.
So it is important that you find other things to do at the time you watch TV. If you do not do that then it will be very hard for you to stick to your decision.
Get out of your comfort zone
We all live in cocoon. We feel save and certain in that cocoon. But that is not the way to live your life. I am not saying that you go and fight a war. But what I am saying is that you should try something that is safe and legal that you normally don’t do. Like talk to a total stranger. Ask a girl on a date. Read a book subject that you know nothing about.
Change your thinking
The only way you are going to change the way your life is right now by changing the way you think. If you keep thinking the way you have been thinking then you will get what you will be getting.
These are some of things that you do to change your life. Your life will not change if you read this article one time. You need read this article every week. Write the points in this article and any that pop in your head when you were read on a piece of paper.
Stick this piece of paper somewhere you will see it on regular basis. Always make a point of living up to your list. You need to check yourself against this list are you living up to it if not then what are things that you need to change. Then change them.
No one will do this for you. You have to take responsibility of your life and take action to make it better. Because it is your life and you will enjoy the benefits of the change.
