Do you want to know the best way to solve a problem? Have you ever wondered what is the best was to solve the problem that you are currently having? I was thinking that how can we solve any problem in your life. You should set a specific time in a day or days depending on the problem. Do the following thing.
Things that you will need to do this
- A clock with a timer (not the one in your phone).
- Note pad and pen.
- A place where you will not be disturbed.
- A block of time.
Get to your room were you will not be disturbed for a long period of time. Disconnect or cancel all the distractions. Switch you phone off. It helps even more if you turn off all the lights in the room. Only light that is coming is from a lamp on the table that is on which you are working on. It helps you concentrate on your problem even more.
If you are someone who likes music playing in background. Then play a light music in the background might help you be more concentrated on your problem at hand. I recommend no music.
You set your time for the amount of time that you have then write the problem in center of the page and mind think about it. Concentrate all your mental energy on your particular problem.
What ever thought that come to your mind write it down. It is important that you do not analysis what you are writing at that time. Just keep on writing whatever comes to your mind. After you times is up get up and move out of your room.
Now leave the paper in your desk or place it in the folder do not look at it for 24 hours. After 24 hours are over take your paper out and analysis what you have write if it solve your problem then great if not you have to set one more section.
Keep doing the whole process up until you get your answer. Do not do this exercise more than one time in 24 hours for maximum results. It also helps to list your problem. Keep a diary with you all the time and write all your problems down. Analysis is the problem you are worry even worth your time or not.
