Five Habits That Will Change Your Life

Today I want to talk about five habits that will change your life if you apply them to your life. Yes to have those habits you have to work hard but you can see a change in your life. You will be able to feel like a totally different person after you get those habit in your life. You have to work on them but they will increase your productivity by at least 50%.
So you might be thinking what that magical habits are. They are not magical at all but the effect they have on your life is nothing short of magic.

Get up early

The first habit that I want to talk about is getting up early in the morning. You might me think it will not have a large impact on my life. But you are wrong. When you wake up early in the morning you not only get the extra time but also the fresh mind to work on anything that you like.
Like if you are a writer then morning time is best for you because your mind is not drained by the mundane things of life. The useless things that you have to do to get by.
You have fresh energy and alertness that you can use any way you like.

Read everyday

All the great leaders are readers. So if you want a great life it is of most importance that you read everyday. You can start with 20 min everyday at the start and 40 min is a great place to be. At that rate you will be able to complete one book every week.
You should read about your field and how can you better yourself in that field. If you think you know it all then you should have to read even more. Just take the best selling book in your field and start from there when you complete it. You can see the list of book that author used and make a list of books that you want to read.

Sleepless

Sleep is the most over rated thing in our modern society. As there are a lot of studies that shows a lot of different results. But we have seen a lot great person that have survived with sleep of less then 4 hours a day.
A good practice that you can do is that you can sleep 4 hours at night and take a 20 -40 min nap in afternoon if your work permits you to do that. If you cannot do that you can take a nap after you come from your work what will work wonders for you.
You have do some trial error before you get a hang of it. But it will be worth the work. With short naps you can see a increase in productivity instantly.

Eat less

You should only eat until you are 80% full. You have to think of your food a fuel not at a thing to linger on. Your eating should according to what your body need not on the basis of what you mind want. You can have a cheat day in a week when you can eat as much as you like and what ever you like.

There is no limit to how much you have to eat at your cheat day. I propose that you should eat till the point that you feel sick so that you can have the will power get though six days of self control. And your body will know that you are going to eat at the end of the week so it learn to adapt.

Exercise

I do not mean that you get a gym membership and start lifting weights ( what will be a great thing) but it will be good to just take a walk and see the world.
