What do you think about watching is it good or bad for you  ? Why is that we spend so much time in fount of TV? May be it is because it fill the hole in our soul. Or it get  our mind of the thinking about the hole. Or it is just t hat you have a bad day and want to get a break out of yo u mind. There are many reason for doing something and not d oing it at all.   If you search internet you will find a lot of person who d on’t have TV. They have Netflix or watch shows online. The y are minimalist they have find out that there is no value added to your life by watching TV for long period of time.  The more you watch, more you will get the felling to watc h. It is like it has become a past time for the family. I t is not a good thing for the mental and physical health.   Why is watching TV bad? Is watching TV bad for you. It is waste of time for sure. It give you a wrong sense of world around you. It make yo u consume more. It make you feel bad about yourself. So sho uld we go through all those things just to pass time. We s hould find something better to do with it I think all you  have do is sit and do what you want to do. If you always wanted to be great writer just write do not  think about it. Set the time when you usually watch TV to  write. When we do things that we want to do, we start judg ing yourself in the middle of the process at place of compl eting and then judging it. You have to complete something before you can judge it is i t bad or good.   How is watching TV good? Is watching TV good I don’t think so even if you watch e ducational shows. You will waste too much time just by watch ing it. And when you watch it you will see new show that  you should watch it is a cycle. You cannot get out of it  unless you stop all together. You watch some you want to watch some more. It is better t hat we cut the cord and make ourselves free from TV. When I was in college I do not have TV at my hostel and  it do not bother me at all. You have to remember that huma ns are good at adapting. So when you get rid of your TV i t will feel different for sometime but after awhile you will  be able to get used to it.   Do you should stop watching TV? Yes you should stop watching TV today. But to do that you  have find out something that you enjoy more then watching TV . It can be anything reading books, exercising, or some hobb y. You will get a more long term satisfaction out of it if yo u do that. Because after sometime you will forget what you  watched on TV. But if you focus on a life long skill then you will be able to rip a life long results.   ...
