HOW CAN YOU SAVE A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY BY MAKING A TO-DO LIST?

HOW CAN YOU SAVE A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY BY MAKING A TO-DO LIST?
When you have a to do list prepared of things that you wha t to get complete next day it give a concise action and drive you to complete those wo rk at the same day. When you woke up next day you have a clear understanding of  what you want do that day. When you have that in writing you will be amazed by t he energy and concentration that you will have with this method.   You are going to get more things achieved and you will be  more happy and content as you have completed more work that day. By doing the things in the sequence you get closer to your goal. As making a to-do list take a lot less time to do and save a lot of time. It is powe r of Pareto principle 80/20 rule. You will get 80 percent result from 20 % of activity and 2 0% result from 80% of work. So its you job to find those 20% of work in your field an d do them most of the time.   How to apply this principle of to do list on anything?   If you want to achieve full potential of you to do list. F irst you have to do is make a goal. Then divide it in small parts. As you have you goal write and y ou have make a small proportion of the goal that you want to achieve you start working on one thing first and as your first action is complete you have clear sense of what you want.   Lets take for example you want to make a decent passive inc ome from a website your target for this year is $1000 a month by the end of this year. So you set the first goal to make a website and get a rev enue of $1 on the first month as this goal is clear and achievable you will be able to get there.   As you get to next month you set the goal to to achieve $ 10 as monthly passive income. And slowly $100, $200, $500, $ 700, $800 and finally $1000 at t he end of the month as you will need different skills at different price level you will conce ntrate on them that particular month and due to that you will have all the time and energ y to excel.

Remember, a real decision is measured by the fact that you’ve taken new action. If there’s no action, you haven’t truly decided. – Anthony Robbins

6 SIMPLE TIPS TO SET AND ACHIEVE ANY GOAL 4

6 SIMPLE TIPS TO SET AND ACHIEVE ANY GOAL
We all have some goal, dreams or desires that we want to a chieve. We work to fulfill them but more that often we fail to achieve them . What are the main reason that we are not able to achieve our goals? Why we e ven after hard work not able to achieve our goal? What are things that we are doing wrong? I have found somethings that most of the people are doing w rong so make certain that you don’t do the same mistakes.    1. Know where you are right now   The most important part for achieving a goal is knowing wher e you are right now . To get to were you want to go you must know where  you are right now.   Take for example that you want to type faster do you know  what is your typing speed right now. This principle can apply to any fiel d you are in what you want to find out first that where are you write now.   2. Where you want go?   The next step is finding where you want to go. Take the sa me example of typing speed you want a typing speed of 80 WPM ( Words Per  Minute). What is so good about this goal is that its specific and i ts quantifiable. You can track your progress that how much you have improved ever y week or Month.   The next thing that you want to find is this goal achievabl e. How can you find if this goal is achievable? Search in google and find  out if some one was able to achieve that goal.   As you will find in our example that 80 wpm is average spe ed of typing for profession typist. So this is a achievable goal. The next thing is set ting deadline.
