Having an optimal health is not that difficult all you have to do is follow some basic rules. And in order to follow them you have to first know them and then change the habits that are stopping you to follow that simple rule.
Eat less exercise more
This is the golden rule of all. If you want to live long and healthy life you need to eat less. If you are fat then your body is saying to you need to cut your food consumption I have enough.
Increase your protein
If you increase protein in your diet you will feel less hunger and it will be easy for you to eat less and eat healthy.
Eat in small portions
If you find hard to eat less then you should start with taking less food on your plate or buy some small plate and eat small portions. And include protein in your diet.
Drink a lot of water
Drink at least 4 liter of water every day.
Learn something new
If you focus on learning something new you will less time obsessing over food and it will be easier for you to eat less.
Mediate Daily Twice
Mediate daily will help you focus on now and you will be more aware of what you are eating and you will eat less. Learn how to meditate.
These are some things that help me lose weight and improve my fitness level. One last thing that I want to tell you is that do not try to do all the things at once.
