Like I want to earn an extra $2000 this month or I want to go to Hawaii for vacation this year. By doing this you improve the chance of achieving it.

And you can asses how good you have done if you have this kind of goal. Like by the end of the month you earn $1200 which is 60% of your goal.

So you have achieve some part of your goal and you can see that you have fell short so you can trick some more and get your result next month.

But if your goal was to make more money this month and you have made the same money $1200 you will not have being able to measure it and quantity if properly.

So always make a goal that you can be measured.


When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.



Divide Your Big Goals

It is important that you divide your big goals into small parts. It is a very important part of goal setting process. When you divide your goals into small parts you make it manageable.

You can work on one part of your goal at a time and track it’s progress. Small steps daily can get you more results in long run then sometimes a lot of work. People think that if they work one day very hard on there goal and do not work for three day is not a good way to fulfilling your goals.

It is very important part for achieving your goals if you cannot find out where are you now it becomes hard to know how much you need to travel. So to really achieve your goals you have to aware of where you are now in achieving of them.
