Reduce your goals
Reducing your goals is the practice that will allow you to focus on things that are most important to you. If you have too many goals, you are just running around. Nothing gets accomplished. So focus on 3 goals at a time once they are done then move on.
The three goals theory will provide you with improved focus in your life, because now your mental power is not divided into ten things. You can give your undivided attention to things that you want to do at that time.
Learn to say no
If you have a habit of saying yes to everything, then you find yourself in a mess most of the time. You will have lot of unproductive tasks added to your life. What it will do is reduce your ability to concentrate on anything.
When free yourself from the burden of useless projects so that you can really focus on important goals. For example if you want to become a good writer but find yourself not writing that due to a lot of responsibility. Then how will you be able to become a good writer if you do not write at all.

Exercising is one of the things everybody what to do but never get done. Just like the ability to focus deeply everyone want that ability but no one what to work on it.
Meditation is thousands of year old practice. It helps you calm your monkey mind. If your mind is not calm you cannot have deep level of focus in your life.
Deeper focus begin with calm mind if your mind is not calm forget about deeper focus you will not be able to focus at all. So like the Zen master say empty your mind.
Eating healthy is good for your health. But it is also good for your soul. You will see that if you clean your diet and eat 80% fresh and health. You will be able to focus more and sleep well.
Eating healthy reduce the stress on your nervous system in turn make your feel calm. Which boost deeper focus on anything you do in your life?
The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.
Sleep is need so that our mind and body can recover and heal. When there is an absence of sleep from your life it reduces your ability to focus and work at your full potential.
When you feel that you are not your 100% you will see that focus suffers due to it. So make sure that you get full amount of sleep most of the night. What helps even more is if you sleep and wake up at the same time every day.
So if think that you can go to bed at 10PM the every night go to bed at 10pm and your walk up time has to be same everyday no matter what if it is 5am then even on weekend walk up at same time.

Do relaxation exercises
If you search relaxation exercises in search engine you will find a lot of them. What they do is reduce the fight between the right and left part of your brain.
Your creative and logical mind is always in fight with each other only in deep relaxed state they will work together so it becomes very important for deep focus that you have relaxed state of mind.
Most of exercises are simple and you will see the results right away but for some you have to do them quite a few times to see some real results.

Take a walk
Taking walks is the best kind of exercise that anyone can do. It reduces stress and elevate mode. Stress management is very important if you want to develop a deeper level of focus.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
Spend time with loved ones
Spending time with someone you love is great way to rest yourself. It will help you focus on what is important and what is not in your life.
Learn to let go
A lot of things had happened and will happen with you. It is life you cannot hold on to everything. Just hold on to the positive things and let go of the bad stuff.
There are two way to live life either you can feel sorry for yourself for things that had happen to you and do nothing. Or you can think of what you want in your life in the future and work towards it. Every day is a new beginning you can chose to live your life any day.
These are some of the things that you can do in your life so that you can develop a deeper focus in your life. You do not have to apply all of these things at ones you can focus on one thing then when you get better you move to the next one.
